Process Serving
American Eagle has assembled a vast network of service agents prepared to take on the most difficult serves and provide the best possible results. All of our Process Serving agents have the necessary training and certifications that are required within their state. The only time a Sheriff or Constable is utilized is when there is no available agent for a particular area. This process maximizes your chances of getting your task accomplished in an expedient manner.
Defendant/Witness Location
Having a difficult time locating an individual or witness that you need to serve documents on? American Eagle works with several different agencies to locate individuals. Literally millions of public records can be accessed for us to track down that elusive Defendant or Witness. We invest the necessary time involved in locating individuals, thus freeing up your office to complete the important tasks that need to be done now. Prices for locating an individual range from $30.00 - $80.00 depending on the degree of difficulty.
Document Preparation
American Eagle has been preparing legal documents for almost a decade. We understand how difficult time constraints can make things in a law office environment. We currently utilize Legal Solutions Plus to insure that we have the newest updated California Judicial Council Forms along with utilizing county form modules for Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Our Legal Document Assistants specialize in Family Law and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, however documents can be prepared for most areas of law.
American Eagle also prepares documents for the general public as well. In keeping with the Business and Professions Code, American Eagle and any of it's agents cannot give any legal advice direct or implied and may not represent an individual in any manner. Document preparation is only for documents that will be filed in San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Riverside counties only. Document Archival & Storage onto CD Rom
If your office is fairly busy, we're guessing you have quite a few files that take up a large amount of space. Wouldn't it be great to eliminate some of those files and still have access to them when you need them ? We can take care of that problem for you. We can put your files on CD Rom for a nominal price per sheet thus allowing your office to store the hard copies in another location freeing up your office space for more current files in use. The CD Roms can be viewed by any Windows based operating system or program that can view Tiff files. Each CD Rom holds approximately 20,000 documents (single side), or 10,000 documents (double sided). Prices start at .25 per page, however bulk rates are available.
On Line Status Review and Proof of Service Retrieval
If you are in a crunch for time and need to check the status on a particular serve, you don't have to make a long distance call to do this. Now it's at the touch of your fingertips on our website. Once you have been given a User Name and password, you may log onto our secure area and check the completion information of your serves, anytime day or night. That's not all. It's also possible for you to download a signed copy of a Proof of Service, Declaration, or Affidavit for Non-Service. This area of our website is updated several times per week. The information will be in this area for approximately six weeks at a time.
